I have been using Informanagement since 2014 when I became partner at Gardner Brown Chartered Accountants.   They completely rebuilt our website for us, and provided invaluable content for our social media articles and client newsletters.  In 2018 we re-branded and became Arubus Chartered Accountants and once again the team at Informanagement helped us with a new website and all new marketing material.

We are now also using other services they offer including an online portal for our clients, along with the Information factsheets.  I also look forward to speaking with Andre and ordering my tax cards each year.

We are only a small firm of accountants and so having the team at Informanagement by our side to help with our technical information and marketing means I can concentrate on other areas of our Practice. We have used Informanagement as our firm’s website and social media publishers for the past 7 years.

The support and service has been very good, we have seen the functionality of the website along with the newsletter provision and secure portal for document exchange and e-signing get better and better. The e-signing function is a great help at the peak December and January months.

Added to that the provision of the CPD tutorials, all structured and verifiable, saves us time and additional cost.

Our clients often respond to the articles in the newsletter which is indicative of the relevance and quality of the articles to our clients. We even have a solicitor who asked to be placed on our newsletter mailing list!

We have been with Informanagement for as long as I can remember. I joined Ashdown Hurrey as a Trainee Accountant 20 years ago and over the years became more and more involved with our marketing and were using some of the Informanagement services then. We were using another website provider and moved this over to Informanagement around 10 years ago now, the main reason being the content and news specific to our industry that they offer. Since then, we have used more and more of the services including the printed newsletters which we add tailored articles to go alongside the one produced already.

With the advent of social media (some time ago now!) we started to use news feeds on our twitter page and then when Covid hit us in 2020 we used the email distribution lists to communicate with our clients with the latest updates detailing the help that was being offered. We have been able to communicate with 100’s of clients but at the same time been able to personalise and tailor the content and received lots of positive comments. Thank you’ over the last 12 or so months.
