The Informanagement app

Your own practice branded app, available for both Android and Apple devices. The app is for your clients and contacts and contains all the key information about your practice such as services, history and team members. The app also integrates with the products and content from your existing Informanagement subscription.

The app contains the following standard features and functionality:

  • Login credentials
  • About Us page
  • Meet the team
  • Multiple pages for the practice services
  • Contact page
  • Tax tips
  • Current tax year rates and allowances
  • Latest exchange rates
  • Address linking to Google maps/Apple maps
  • Linked social media profiles
  • Mileage tracker
  • Meeting request form
  • Calculators

The following Informanagement services are integrated into the app also, depending on the existing subscription that you have with us:

  • Newsfeed articles
  • InforWijzer factsheets
  • File&Sign for clients to access documents through the app and sign them off. You can upload documents through the main portal and clients can sign them off through the app.
  • Online tax book

Pricing:

Generic app – £250 build fee then £25 per month
Custom app – £500 build fee then £50 per month

Future amends to your app and development work to improve the functionality for your app are charged at £75 per hour, quoted in advance.

If you are not a main Informanagement system subscriber and would like our app for your practice, then that is still possible. You would be required to sign up for one of our subscription services alongside the app. Please get in touch for more details.

All apps are taken on a rolling 12-month agreement, invoiced and payable monthly.
