Like most businesses in the UK, Informanagement has decamped, and all our staff still working are based at home.
We are pleased to announce that our news feeds continue to roll off “the press” as usual, and there is much to report.
As most of our content is delivered electronically, we have been able to respond quickly to the numerous changes announced in the last month. Primarily, these are government support schemes for employers and the self-employed to help see them through the current lock-down.
Hopefully, this will assist our subscriber firms in making sure their clients take advantage of the grants and loans made available.
There is no doubt that this Coronavirus outbreak is one of the most challenging events in the last century. The disruption to industry and commerce is unprecedented. And whilst we are only just starting to grapple with the changes required in our business affairs, in order to survive the pandemic, the likelihood of recession – perhaps on a global basis – is looming large.
As always, problems are the precursor to solutions. Even in the face of the present raft of seemingly insurmountable problems, there are the seeds of solutions that open up opportunity.
The key is to stay informed. This is where the ideas, the transition – from problem to solution – are rooted. We wish all our subscribers and other readers of this blog our best wishes, as they and we, deal with the challenges ahead. If we can help anyone during this time with content they want to share then please reach out and let us know.
Stay safe and well…
