What are we here to do?

Informanagement was set up to offer a solution to a problem that accountancy firms the world over has had for years - firms have always needed to provide their clients with practical tax information.

But how does a busy firm do this in an area outside their specialisation on top of all their core work? By using a practical information service that enables them to send this information to clients using their own branding.

Along with this are a number of other issues accountancy firms have, such as:

  • Firms having to keep track of too much legislative information.
  • How do you tailor what is being sent out so that clients only receive relevant information?
  • How do you keep staff aware of the changes that are relevant to them and their areas of specialisation?
  • What is the best way to communicate this information to clients from both a logistical and cost perspective?
  • How do we build a long term relationship with our clients?
  • How do we generate additional revenue from existing clients.
  • How do we generate fresh new business leads and enquiries.

At Informanagement these questions have been answered – they help you provide your clients with practical tax and business advisory information, leaving you to do the work that generates revenue and build a relationship with your clients.

How are we going to do this?
At the core of Informanagement, and what drives our business, is an online database with up-to-date information on UK tax and business advisory legislation changes. This application drives all our newsletters and pushed our content on to a practice website. Our editorial team populate the online database with information in an easy to read summary. Next to our summaries are the source documents and any other supporting material, giving you all the information you need.

We also have a tool that is unique to us. This tool is a profiling system which is built in to our application meaning that you are able to stipulate who receives what articles rather than everyone receiving the same ones making every newsletter totally unique.

As well as this you are able to add your own information; such as comments from partners regarding specific tax or business advisory news or the latest firm information. You can also sign the newsletter off from different people, so that a client gets a newsletter from the individual within the firm that they deal with.

With the web based application being modular there is something for firms of all sizes.

What can Informanagement do for you?

  • Has the ability to send personalised and relevant ‘firm branded’ monthly email and quarterly printed newsletters using our unique profiling system.
  • Allows you to have a full integration of our database with your website including all historic articles – allowing clients and staff access to all the summaries and source material.
  • Enables you to have the latest tax and business advisory news fed directly on to your website.
  • Keep your staff up to date with their CPD with a weekly technical email newsletter covering all articles and including the source documentation.
  • Secure login functionality on your website for clients to amend their profile and access certain information and also enabling visitors to your website to sign up for your email/printed newsletters.

N.B. Printed newsletters incur a cost for print and delivery.
The service is subscription only with all subscriptions being for 12 months.
