Copyright & Fair Use Policy

The Informanagement systems, website and content are copyright of Informanagement UK Limited © Informanagement BV 2011. All rights reserved.

You may not, except with our express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit our content. Nor may you transmit it or store it in any other website or other form of electronic retrieval or mail system.

The InforMailer part of the Informanagement system is provided under a Fair Use Policy. Any client can use the InforMailer system to send ad hoc email communication to any recipient who has been set up with a paid profile in the Informanagement system. That email communication can contain Informanagement copyrighted content or the client’s own content.

Where clients wish to email additional recipients who do not usually receive an Informanagement generated newsletter then Informanagement copyrighted content cannot be used. Additionally, the number of recipients that can be emailed through the system is limited to double the number of profiled recipients. Therefore, if you have 100 paid for profiles in the system you can use InforMailer to email an additional 200 people per month but not using the Informanagement copyrighted content. Additional email allowances do not roll over from month to month, they are provided on a “use it or lose it basis”.

There is no additional cost for clients to use the InforMailer service as long as it is operated within the Fair Use Policy. Upgrade options are available to increase the number of people you wish to communicate with.
