Pentlands Business and Tax Advisors is a Certified Chartered Accountancy practice based in Warwick. The Company is headed by its Director, Elinor Perry FCCA .  Pentlands is acknowledged as being one of Britain’s first ‘female led’ accountancy practices.

Our main problem was that we had invested with an ‘off the shelf’ website which did not offer us any flexibility or control.  As we are a very pro-active practice we really felt the restrictions of this and believed that it did not service our clients in any way.

Not only did we want to keep our clients in the loop about practice news, but we wanted them to be informed generally.  However, we had no way of doing that on a mass level.  We needed a slick approach which reflected our dynamic practice.

Implement a new modern website
Informanagement really started from scratch with us.  We went right back to basics!  We are a modern and vibrant practice and we needed our public face to reflect that.  Informanagement understood this and so we implemented a modern, easy to use website template and added on certain functions to allow us the flexibility we needed.  The site was developed in accordance with our requirements.  We now have a dynamic, fresh but professional and informative website. We adore the visual impact, with pictures of the team so people can actually relate to us.

Tailor Made Newsletter
We added an email newsletter to clients, packed with personalised articles and practice news.  It is a major link to our clients and continually allows us to keep in touch with them directly.
